What we collect

When you book or ask for an estimate we collect your name, phone number, service address, and an optional email address, together with what you tell us about the problem. If you use the photo estimate we also hold the photographs you upload.

Photographs

Photos you upload for an estimate are stored privately and are not published or shared. Location data is stripped from them when they are received. We propose deleting estimate photos after 30 days; that period is still being confirmed with the business.

If you send photographs, please avoid including people, vehicle number plates and unrelated belongings where you reasonably can.

AI-assisted estimates

If you choose a photo estimate, your photographs and your description of the problem are sent to an external AI provider to help identify what work may be needed. The result is a preliminary suggestion that a person reviews. The AI does not set prices and cannot book your appointment.

What we do not do

We do not sell your information. We do not add you to marketing messages because you booked a repair. Measurement of how the website is used never includes your name, phone number, address, photographs or problem description.
