These are the price ranges for the work itself. A service-call fee applies once per visit on top, and the technician confirms the final price on site.

Garage door spring service
$400–$500
Includes labor, and covers a door up to 16 feet. Price shown is for the service only and excludes the service-call fee.
Garage door cable service
$175–$225
Includes labor, and is priced per door rather than per cable. Price shown is for the service only and excludes the service-call fee.
Garage door remotes
$65–$85
Per remote unit. Labor and programming are not included and are charged separately. Price shown is for the service only and excludes the service-call fee.
Garage door hinge service
$100–$175
Includes labor, and covers both sides of a door up to 16 feet. Price shown is for the service only and excludes the service-call fee.
Reprogramming
$50–$100
Covers the whole system, not a single remote. Price shown is for the service only and excludes the service-call fee.
Operator / door service
$75–$150
Lubricates the door, springs, rollers and hinges, checks the operator, checks the door balance, and inspects for developing faults. Price shown is for the service only and excludes the service-call fee.
Garage door opener (operator) replacement
$800–$1,300
Depends on horsepower and drive type - belt, chain or screw. Includes labor. Price shown is for the service only and excludes the service-call fee.
16-foot garage door replacement
$1,900–$4,500
Depends on steel gauge and insulation. Includes labor, and needs an on-site visit to confirm specifications. Price shown is for the service only and excludes the service-call fee.
