An older master-planned area where many original doors have now been replaced at least once. Mixed hardware is the rule: an original opener on a newer door, or the reverse. That combination matters more than it sounds, because a replacement door rarely weighs what the one it replaced did, and an older opener set up for the old weight will strain against the new one.
